Terraced four-bay two-storey house, built c.1820. Pitched slate roof with red brick chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods to overhanging eaves. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings to first floor having one-over-one timber sliding sash windows and limestone sills. Camber-headed tripartite windows to ground floor having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash window and limestone sills. Square-headed door opening with moulded render surround to half-glazed timber door with overlight and cut limestone steps. Square-headed door opening to west with half-glazed timber door, side panels and overlight. Square-headed pedestrian entrance with wrought-iron gate and cut limestone steps set in rendered boundary wall to front site.

This house forms part of a group built on an elevated site overlooking the River Lee. Though some features have been replaced, it nonetheless retains much of its overall character and charm. Its regular two-storey form is in keeping with the adjacent houses to the east and west.
