What is recorded here
Pair of terraced two-bay three-storey former houses, built c. 1910, now in use as retail outlet. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls with moulded render shopfront, comprising of pilasters supporting entablature to ground floor. Timber sash windows to upper floors. Fixed timber window, timber panelled doors, and blocked openings to ground floor.
Located on a narrow laneway, this pair retains many interesting features and materials, which are not immediately apparent, due to the confined location of the pair. These buildings retain slate roofs, timber sash windows, and moulded render shopfronts, which are notable original features.
