Attached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1850. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, eaves course and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with tooled limestone sills, having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening with timber battened door and overlight. Fronting directly onto street.

Modest in design and retaining historic fabric, including timber battened door and sash windows, this house is characteristic of the nineteenth century. It is a important historic example in a street which has sadly lost much of its historic fabric.
