What is recorded here

Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c.1860. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, eaves course and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with painted stone sills to front (north) elevation, having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening within timber doorcase, comprising panelled pilasters and moulded cornice. Timber panelled door and single-pane overlight. Fronting directly onto street.
A fine house which has retained much of its traditional form and fabric, including a fine doorcase and sash windows. It is a important historic example in a street which has sadly lost much of its historic fabric.
