Terraced two-bay three-storey rendered house, built c. 1830. Vacant at present. Pitched artificial slate roof, plain artificial ridge tiles, unpainted rendered chimneystack, metal gutters. Painted ruled-and-lined rendered walls on painted stone plinth. Square-headed window openings, painted stone sills, uPVC casements, c. 1995. Semi-circular-headed door opening with replacement varnished timber six-panel door c. 1995, painted stone step. Street fronted.
This much-modified house maintains the character found in similar neighbouring properties in the row enclosing one side of Quay Street. It has an important outlook towards the Town Hall.
