Painted cement rendered walls with render quoins. Timber top-hung outward-opening windows with painted concrete sills. Timber panelled door with toplight. Stone steps with wrought-iron railings to front door. Limestone rubble boundary wall to rear. Derelict former outbuilding to rear.
