Terraced single-bay three-storey over basement with attic accommodation former house, built c. 1820, with single- and two-storey extensions to rear. Now in use as offices. Pitched artificial slate roof with rooflights, cement rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted cement rendered walls with natural slate cladding to gable wall left hand side. Rubble stone and cement rendered walls to extension. Timber sliding sash tripartite windows with limestone sills and cast metal railings. Timber panelled door flanked by limestone engaged Ionic columns with carved lintel and radial fanlight above having carved archivolt with shell motif. Timber sliding sash windows to rear. Limestone steps with wrought-iron railings to front door. Cement rendered boundary wall and timber gate to rear.
