Terraced two-bay three-storey house, built c. 1830. Pitched slate roof with render chimneystacks. Roughcast rendered walls. Timber sash windows, some with stone sills. Timber surround to replacement timber battened door.
The scale and form of this terraced house contributes to the streetscape. This area retains many mid nineteenth-century three-storey terraced houses, which contribute to the unique character of this part of the city. The retention of interesting features and materials, such as the purple slate roof and timber sash windows enhance this simple building.
