Terraced two-bay four-storey premises, c. 1800; retail outlet to ground floor with shopfront, c. 1915 and residential accommodation with separate entrance to upper floors. Roof not visible for inspection, flat with parapet wall, rendered stack, bitumen covered coping to parapet. Painted render finish with moulded cornice over centre of render shopfront having paterae and tiled panel, moulded architraves and timber sliding sash windows to upper floors, square headed door openings with plain fanlights; street frontage.
Although having some alterations, this late-Georgian building retains much original external fabric and has significance as part of a pair and for the overall character of the streetscape.
