End-of-terrace two-bay two-storey house with dormer attic, built 1894, with brick dressings to openings; dormer extension added, c. 1993, having replacement uPVC windows and door, set back from road with small road area to front.
Although altered, this late nineteenth-century house retains brick dressings to openings, and is significant as one of a group of terraced houses maintaining consistent massing and scale.
