Terraced two-bay three-storey house, built c. 1780, as a pair with the adjoining building to the east. Pitched slate roof with red brick chimneystack. Rendered walls with shopfront inserted to the ground floor. Timber sash windows to upper floors. Fixed window and timber panelled door to ground floor.

This late eighteenth-century former house is an interesting addition to this predominantly nineteenth-century streetscape. The steep pitched roof and corner chimneystack are notable eighteenth-century features. Built as a pair with the adjoining building to the east, the scale and form of the pair contribute to the streetscape.
