Semi-detached four-bay two-storey house, c. 1890, with twin gabled projections to front elevation with decorative barge boards, retaining timber sash windows, on corner site with small garden area to road elevation bounded by squared limestone wall with cast iron railing.
Substantial late nineteenth-century house, significant as part of a pair retaining much original external fabric including timber sash windows and cast-iron railing to front. Important to domestic scale of the streetscape.
