Terraced four-bay two-storey house, built c.1900. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls with render sill course to first floor. Square-headed window openings with render sills and moulded render surrounds to front elevation, having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening having timber panelled door with overlight and moulded render label moulding with channelled scroll corbels. Fronts directly onto street.

An attractive addition to the local architectural heritage, which is notable for its irregular fenestration that makes it a quirky addition to the streetscape. The timber sash windows and decorative render details contribute to its character and charm.
