End-of-terrace five-bay two-storey house, built c.1860. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, eaves course and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls, having render platband below eaves to front elevation with render end corbels. Square-headed window openings with painted render sills throughout, having six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows. Round-headed door opening within moulded render surround, containing fluted timber pilasters with carved console brackets and architrave. Timber panelled door surmounted by single-pane fanlight, having tooled limestone threshold. Set back from street with concrete wall to west.

A handsome house, situated in a terrace of three similar buildings, that makes a strong visual statement in the streetscape. A simple symmetry is demonstrated in its façade and the building retains much of its original character, accentuated by the retention of features including timber sliding sash windows and fine timber doorcase.
