Replacement uPVC casement windows, one segmental-arched, and replacement timber panelled door. Brick dressings to openings. Pitched slate roof with brick chimney stack.

Part of a group of four semi-detached houses, which substantially retains its original proportions. As a group they convey a pleasing character to the modern streetscape.
