Terraced three-bay three-storey house, c. 1835, with round-headed opening, bracketed eaves course and wrought iron front railings; dormer extension added, c. 1960; slate pitched roof and ruled render finish.
Part of an intact terrace which contributes significantly to the streetscape of the road. Although the windows and door have been replaced the original proportions of the building have been retained, as have the cast iron railings to the front.
