Terraced two-bay three-storey house, c. 1835, now in use as offices, slate pitched roof with pair of dormer windows, plain render finish to walls, all windows have been replaced with uPVC, round-headed doorway, bracketed eaves and railings to front garden.
One of an intact terrace retaining railings to front garden. The south facing terrace is also very important to the streetscape.
