What is recorded here

Located on an E-facing slope and about 20m SE of the hilltop mound (ME036-034----). Archaeological excavation (99E0520) revealed the base of a stone wall (L 1.7m E-W; Wth 0.6m) bonded with mortar, and the E face of a N-bound return at its W end. Inside the angle was a mortar floor and there was plaster on the N and E faces of the walls. A sherd of late medieval pottery and a bone button were recovered from the mortar floor.
