Terraced four-bay two-storey former house, c.1870, with integral carriage arch, now disused. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered architraves to timber sash windows and stone sills. Rendered architrave to timber panelled door and overlight. Channelled render to dressings to integral carriage arch.

The regular form of this building is enlivened by the render detailing, such as the render architraves, channelled carriage-arch surrounds and quoins, which articulate the form of the building. Though now in poor condition, it retains many interesting features and materials, such as the timber sash windows and slate roof.
