Terraced single-bay three-storey house, built c.1840, with recent shopfront to ground floor. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, eaves course and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with render sills to front elevation, having paired timber sliding sash windows. Recent shopfront comprising square-headed window opening on render stall riser with timber-framed display window. Square-headed door opening having glazed timber door with overlight. Recent painted timber fascia. Fronting directly onto street.

The scale and form of this building is in keeping with the terrace. Built as a pair with the adjoining building to the west, this pair retains historic fabric in a streetscape which has sadly lost much of its traditional character.
