Terraced three-bay three-storey house, built c. 1830. Renovated, c. 1930, with render façade enrichments added to upper floors including moulded architraves to window openings having decorative pediments to first floor and paired brackets to eaves. Openings remodelled to ground floor to accommodate commercial use in latter part of twentieth century. Pitched slate roof with limestone rubble chimneystack, ashlar quoins and cast-iron gutter on paired brackets. Painted ruled-and-lined rendered walls with raised render quoins. Painted stone sills and decorative render surrounds having pediments at first floor and corner paterae at second floor. Street frontage.
