Terraced three-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1850, now in use as retail outlet. Pitched artificial slate roof with projecting cornice and parapet. Painted cement rendered walls with moulded plat course at sill level second floor and having moulded window surrounds and reveals. Timber top hung outward opening windows and timber sliding sash windows to upper floors. Fixed timber windows and glazed timber door to ground floor, surrounded by timber pilaster and entablature shopfront. Timber panelled door with toplight to access upper floors.
