Terraced three-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1850, now in use as offices. Pitched artificial slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods, projecting cornice and parapet. Painted cement rendered walls with moulded platband at sill level second floor. Moulded window reveals and surrounds. Top hung outward opening windows with concrete sills to upper floors. Fixed timber window and timber panel glazed door to ground floor, surrounded by timber pilaster and entablature shopfront with plastic sign above.
