Single-pane fanlight over entrance-door. uPVC casement windows and replacement architrave to door, with stone steps to entrance over basement. Asbestos tile and slate roof. Rendered walls.
Terraced early-nineteenth century house, now altered by replacement uPVC casement windows, replacement architrave to entrance door, and dormer extensions, although retaining original limestone steps to entrance with simple cast-iron railings and original proportions.
