Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c.1820, with integral carriage arch. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls. Square-headed window openings having tooled stone sills. Bipartite timber-framed windows with one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to central bay and one-over-one timber sliding sash windows to end bays of first floor. Round-headed door opening within raised moulded rendered surround, having render hood moulding with label stops, limestone stepped approach and timber panelled door surmounted by fanlight. Camber-headed integral carriage arch with rendered plinth block and double-leaf timber battened doors.

Set on the west side of Kilbrogan Hill, this house is one of the few houses which retains its historic character intact, seen in the sash windows, cast-iron rainwater goods and tooled stone sills. The fine moulded round-headed doorcase with limestone steps and timber panelled door provides the decorative focus, while the integral carriage provides practical access to rear outbuildings.
