Terraced single-bay two-storey house, c.1900. Reroofed, c.1975. Refenestrated, pre-1999. Now in use as offices. One of a pair. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1975, clay ridge tiles, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and replacement uPVC casement windows, pre-1999. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
A small-scale house, built as one of a pair (with 22830208/WD-09-30-208), which retains its original form and massing, and which contributes to the streetscape value of Johnstown.
