What is recorded here

On level ground, c. 200m to the S of the base of Ballyganner Hill and within a field system (CL009-059001-). A subcircular house site (14m N-S; 12.4m E-W) defined by a wall (H 0.5-0.9m). The interior (int. dims. 9.3m N-S; 8.5m E-W) is filled with stone which is level with the wall. The outer edge of the wall cannot be seen clearly but the inner edge is distinctive and there is a hearth (L 0.9m; Wth 0.5m) in the centre consisting of four stones set on edge. The S part of the site is overlain by a later moss-covered field bank (Wth 1m) that extends off it to the SSE. A cairn (CL016-020033-) is located c. 30m to the NNW.
