Terraced three-bay three-storey house, built c. 1860, originally part of six-bay composition with building to south, having single-bay three-storey advanced end bay to north. Late twentieth century shopfronts inserted to right and left ground floor. Pitched slate roofs with rendered chimneystack having moulded bands and yellow clay pots. Painted ruled-and-lined rendered walls. Painted stone sills to timber six-over-six and three-over-six pane sliding sash windows. Iron window box at first floor. Street frontage.
