Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built 1911. Tiled steeply pitched roof with gabled dormer to front. Rendered chimney stack with decorative clay pots. Unpainted render finish. Moulded hood mouldings to window openings, with stops and a decorative roundel to that on the ground floor. Timber sash one over one windows. Gardens to front and rear; low garden wall with simple cast iron railings. One of four.
Terraced early-twentieth century house, significant as part of a group of four within longer terrace which retain consistent detailing, roofline, scale and massing. Having small garden areas to front with original cast-iron railings and gates.
