Double-pitched roof, natural slates, deal fascia and barge boards, iron gutters, rendered chimney stacks. Nap rendered walls with quoins. Concrete cills, segmental-headed openings, single pane deal sash windows, plain display window inserted, timber panelled door with plain fanlight over.
