What is recorded here

Located in the south half of a rath (MA046-004007-). This house was excavated (E000015) in 1950 by Ó' Ríordáin and Mac Dermott (1950-1, 103). It was circular (max. diam. 5.2m) in plan, defined by postholes designed to support large timber posts. A path of stone flags led from the interior of the house to a Man-made underground passage (MA046-004008-). Compiled by: Jane O’Shaughnessy Date of upload: 9 April 2019
