End-of-terrace four-bay two-storey house over part basement, built c.1800, now also in use as office and shops. Pitched tile roof with rendered chimneystacks. Rendered walls. Render surrounds and stone sills to window openings. Round-arched stone doorcase with original fanlight, approached by steps from north and south with wrought-iron railing. Modern shopfronts to north and south.

This house is an interesting and notable addition to the street, due to the sloped site that the building is set on and the position of the entrance, elevated above the street level. The modest façade of the building is enlivened by the stone doorcase and fine fanlight.
