Terraced four-bay three-storey premises, c. 1810; incorporated into 78-80 South Mall; in use as offices. Roof not visible for inspection. Painted render finish, retaining timber sliding sash windows, square headed window openings and two camber headed door openings with timber panelled entrance doors; street frontage.
Although incorporated into 78-80 South Mall, this little altered terraced early nineteenth-century building retains much external fabric and is important for the overall character of streetscape.
