Terraced two-bay three-storey house, c. 1825, with annexe to rear; altered and modernised c. 1995. Pitched roof, brick chimney stack, fibre-cement tiles. Having painted render finish and replacement timber one over one pane sliding sash windows, square headed door opening with recessed panelled door, c. 1995, and simple overlight; street frontage and small enclosed area to rear, one of eight.
Although altered and modernised, of interest as part of composite terrace excluding alterations and as the setting for St. Nicholas's church.
