Detached three-bay two-storey house, built 1846. Hipped artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Rendered walls. Segmental-arched opening with timber pilaster doorcase, radial fanlight, sidelights and timber panelled door. Timber sliding sash windows with stone sill. Retaining interior features. Steps leading to entrance door. Octagonal cut-stone piers with cast-iron gates set in rendered boundary walls.
