Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1830, having pitched roof extension to side (west) and recent flat roof extension to side (east). Pitched slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Carved timber bargeboards to dormers. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls, having raised render shamrock motifs to dormer gables. Square-headed window openings with render sills throughout, having one-over-one pane faux timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening to front (south) elevation having recent glazed timber door. Set within on grounds along roadside, having rubble stone enclosing wall with rounded render coping. Capped square-profile rendered gate piers and wrought-iron gate.

Its location overlooking the bay makes this building a highly visible feature of the local landscape. Though some of its original fabric has been replaced, the building retains much of its historic character, in the form of gabled dormers, shamrock details and irregular fenestration.
