What is recorded here
Terraced three-bay three-storey house, built c.1890. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Rendered walls with render quoins. Decorative rendered surrounds and stone sills to timber sash windows. Replacement timber shopfront to ground floor.
This building is a notable addition to the streetscape due to the form and scale of the building. The regular form of the house is articulated by the render architraves and quoins, and is enhanced by the retention of the timber sash windows.
