What is recorded here
Detached four-bay single-storey vernacular house, built c.1800, having dormer attic, and late twentieth-century lean-to extension to most of rear elevation. Pitched thatched roof with shallow raised ridge, rendered copings and low rendered chimneystack. Whitewashed walls. Square-headed widened windows with replacement metal frames, and square-headed glazed timber door.
This thatched house is typically sized and detailed. The retention of its thatched roof gives it particular significance.
