Terraced two-bay four-storey former house, built c. 1890, with three-storey extension to rear. Now in use as retail outlet. Pitched purple slate roof with projecting parapet and having flat roof to extension to rear. Painted nap rendered walls with giant order decorative pilasters to upper three floors to right hand side corner. Corrugated-iron cladding to extension. Timber sliding sash windows in segmental-arched openings with moulded reveals and hood mouldings, render plat bands at sill levels to upper floors. Timber fixed window and timber glazed door to ground floor surrounded by timber pilaster and entablature shopfront. Tiled entrance porch area.
