Hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stacks having saw tooth-profiled courses, and cast-iron rainwater goods on timber eaves. Unpainted pebbledashed walls. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills, moulded rendered surrounds, and one-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with step, moulded rendered surround, and timber panelled door having overlight. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.

An attractive house of modest appearance presenting an early aspect, thereby contributing positively to the visual appeal of the streetscape of Barrack Street.
