Detached three-bay three-storey over basement former house, built c. 1835. Hipped artificial slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods and nap rendered chimneystack. Cement rendered walls. Single and tripartite timber sliding sash windows with painted stone sills. Timber half glazed door with side and fanlight. Dressed stone boundary walls with timber double leaf gates. Limestone steps to front door with wrought-iron railings.
