Detached L-plan three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1890, having single-bay glazed porch with pitched glazed roof to front (north) and flat-roofed single-storey extension to rear (south) elevation. Hipped slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, decorative timber bargeboards, finial and ridge crestings to porch. Roughcast rendered walls with inserted roundel to front elevation. Square-headed openings with timber sliding sash windows throughout, one-over-one pane to first floor front elevation, tripartite one-over-one pane to ground floor front elevation, two-over-two pane to west elevation, and six-over-six pane to rear elevation, half-glazed timber panelled door to west elevation of porch and within porch, replacement uPVC door to east elevation of porch. Pointed arch openings to front elevation of porch with timber fixed windows. Retains interior shutters. Rendered boundary walls with square-profile piers and wrought-iron pedestrian and double- leaf vehicular gates. Multiple-bay two-storey outbuilding to rear with pitched slate roof, rubble stone walls, square-headed openings with replacement timber fittings and elliptical-arched carriage arch with red brick voussoirs. Rendered boundary walls with square-profile piers to garden across road.

Roundel with Madonna motif, indicates a non-secular origin for this structure. Prominence, proximity to Roman Catholic church and evident conscious design would suggest function as presbytery. Symmetrical elevation enhanced by retention of timber sash windows, makes positive architectural contribution to streetscape.
