What is recorded here

Semi-detached three-bay single-storey house, built c.1900. The building is finished with render. The replacement front panelled door is set within a flat-headed opening. Window openings are flat-headed with replacement two over two, timber top-hung frames. The hipped roof is finished with natural slate and has metal rainwater goods. The house is road fronted.
This is one of a non-matching pair of houses. Notwithstanding the replacement door and windows, this modest house is in good condition. It adds variety to the streetscape.

This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
