One of a pair of semi-detached three-bay three-storey double-pile houses, c. 1840, with two-bay two-storey annexe, built 1896. Double pitch roof to main building and annex. Main roof hipped; gabled dormer to annex with decorative barge boards. Roughcast render finish. Plain render plinth band. Plain render surrounds to window openings, moulded to round headed entrance opening. Single pane timber sash windows. Hard standing to front. Garden area to rear.
Particularly intact early-nineteenth century semi-detached house, retaining significant original fabric, although form and scale have been modified by building of annex.
