Corner-sited end-of-terrace two-bay three-storey with attic accommodation former house, built c. 1825, renovated in 1913 now in use as clinic. Pitched and hipped double-span natural purple slate roof, with galvanised gutter, uPVC downpipe and having cast-iron rooflight to side. Cement rendered walls. Single and tripartite timber sliding sash windows with painted concrete sills. Timber glazed door with top and margin lights. uPVC top hung outward opening window to side wall. Cast-iron railing on painted nap rendered plinth.
