Terraced two-bay two-storey house, extant 1897. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles terminating in rendered chimney stacks having stringcourses below capping supporting terracotta or yellow terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipe. Roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings in tripartite arrangement with concrete sills, and rendered "bas-relief" surrounds framing one-over-one timber sash windows having two-over-two sidelights. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front having cut-limestone kerbing.
