Corner-sited ten-bay three-storey hotel, built c. 1850, originally two-storey. Top floor added and two-bay three-storey return added, c. 1985. Hipped artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Rendered walls with vermiculated quoins, moulded cornice to first floor, vermiculated moulded architraves to openings and render plaques with affixed signage. Replacement aluminium windows. Stone sills to ground and first floors. Concrete canopy over entrance. Entablature and pilasters to pub entrance on return.
