Question marks and acronyms cannot hide the mill, because a horizontal mill is still a mill and Drumenagh is still a field where water, stone and human hunger met. The official name sounds like a filing cabinet swallowing a building, but the place may have been a loud, ordinary engine of local life. Perhaps it crushed grain, perhaps it crushed ore, and perhaps people forgot the difference because survival does not argue with results.
