Tober Ania hides somewhere in Farrantemple Glebe, named in records but never pinned to a single stone. The well may still give water, test memory, or disappear when watched. A person could have knelt at its edge, drank once, and carried the taste into every choice after that.

The official Northern Ireland record identifies this as HOLY WELL: TOBER ANIA (O.S. memoir site, unlocated). Recorded period: UNCERTAIN. The official map point was placed at the centre of the recorded archaeological site from the source map reference.

Linked to Saint Ania, an early Irish saint associated with healing wells, Tober Ania is traditionally believed to have been a site of pilgrimage and ritual for the cure of various ailments, particularly skin conditions and eye troubles. Little historical documentation survives, but such wells were often centres of local devotion and continuity of pre-Christian practices.
