Holy Well (Site of)

Holy well

What is recorded here

Mystery and wonderment define the lost holy well in County Clare. It is no longer visible, but the land still carries the shape of devotion. People may have knelt at its edge, poured water over wounded skin, or whispered names into the dark. The well disappeared, yet the act of seeking it keeps the old trust alive.
